He has earned a Master of Arts in Informational Systems Management and a Master of Business Administration. Russ is certified in Six Sigma (Black Belt and Lean), Maintenance and Reliability (CMRP and CRL). He is an active member of the Reliability Leadership Foundation (RLF) and Reliability Leadership Institute (RLI).
